TWHS Athletic Physicals

Doctors will be at TWHS Main Campus to complete student athletes' physicals on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 (during athletic periods 8am-4pm).  Students must bring $25 cash or check made out to TWHS Athletics and filled out Physical Form.  

Physical form and Rank One online forms must be completed prior to tryouts.
