TWHS Athletic Physicals

Doctors will be at TWHS Main Campus to complete student athletes' physicals on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 (during athletic periods 8am-4pm).  Students must bring $25 cash, card or check made out to TWHS Athletics and filled out Physical Form.  You can prepay, but payment must be settled the day of physicals.
