It takes all of us to make this program a success. We hope that each family finds at least one way to be involved with this amazing program! Below are the areas available to volunteer. Thank you for considering taking an active role in the 2026 Lady Highlander Volleyball season.
TEAM PARENT
- Setting up a team parent GroupMe (conveying information from either the coaches or the booster board)
- Assist with Spirit items (setting up a team social to make team banners and event banners )
- Manage Concessions Sign Up Genius
- Hanging Locker Signs
- Updating, decorating trophy cases
- Help organize meals/snacks for tournaments
- Helping create a team shirt
- Assist with game day events
Varsity Only -
- Set up Pasta party sign ups
- Help get Phat Heads made for playoffs
- Help with Play-off send offs and spirit
CONCESSIONS AND SPIRIT WEAR (2-3 volunteers needed)
- Purchase and stock items (check concessions weekly to see what needs to be stocked)
- Coordinate Sign up Genius (assigned dates at begnning of year)
- Set up, Open and Close and transfer of cash box to treasurer.
RED AND GREEN PARADE FLOAT
- Assit in building float structure as a group.
- Assist painting and decorating as a group.
YEAR END BANQUET
- Assists with event decor.
- Slideshow design (pictures & video of teams) and assisting during presentaion.
- Set-up, execution and clean up.
EVENTS HELPER
- Assists VP with decor, set-up, execution and clean up for multiple events.

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

- Event promotion posts
COACHES LUNCHES
- Coordinate sign-up
- Execution on Wednesday's during the season.
AWAY GAME MEALS COORDINATOR
Organize and communicate with vendor for team away meals (all teams)
